Staci Gelfound Appointed to CAI CEO Search Task Force
WPM Real Estate Management is excited to share that Staci M. Gelfound, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has been selected to serve on the CEO Search Task Force for the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
With longtime CAI CEO Tom Skiba, CAE, set to retire in June after more than 23 years of leadership, finding the right successor is a top priority. The Board of Trustees has appointed a seven-member task force, made up of experienced industry professionals, to lead this important process. The group is chaired by Greg Smith, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, a past CAI president, and includes current and former board members from across the industry.
To ensure a thoughtful and strategic selection, CAI has partnered with a global executive search firm that specializes in nonprofit leadership. The search is expected to take several months as the task force works to identify and evaluate top candidates.
Staci’s selection for this committee reflects her deep expertise and leadership in the industry. Her insights will help shape the future of CAI, ensuring the organization continues to thrive under new leadership. We’re proud to see Staci contribute to this important effort.
